Jean-Francois Novak

Jean-Francois Novak is a senior director of operations at CARBONLEO since June 2022 and previously held roles including director of property management. Prior to this, Jean-Francois worked at Oxford Properties Group from January 2015 to June 2022 as manager of operations for Quartier Dix30. Jean-Francois also served as operations manager at Ivanhoe Cambridge for the Montreal Eaton Centre from February 2007 to January 2015 and as manager of operations at Cadillac Fairview from May 2001 to February 2007, where responsibilities included security and life safety coordination. Education includes a Facility Management (FMA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute and ongoing studies for a business management certificate at HEC Montréal, initiated in 2006.
