Philippe Krivicky has extensive experience in real estate development and economic management, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Development at CARBONLEO since 2024. Previously, Philippe was Deputy General Manager for Economic Development and International Relations at Ville de Montréal, focusing on economic development and real estate strategy. Philippe's leadership roles include President of Real Estate Development and Construction at Cogir Immobilier, where responsibilities spanned various types of properties in Quebec, Ontario, and the Western United States. Additional roles included Vice President at RONA, where strategies for retail portfolio management and new store concepts were developed, and General Manager for the FIFA-U20 World Cup in 2007, overseeing event planning and execution. Philippe holds a BAA in Business Management from Université de Sherbrooke, a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Université Laval, and completed an Executive Program at Ivey Business School.
