Freya Chay

Freya Chay is currently working as the Carbon Removal Program Lead at CarbonPlan. Prior to this, Freya served as a Grid Decarbonization and Innovation Analyst Intern at Silicon Valley Clean Energy and held various roles at Stanford University, including Teaching Assistant and Primary Instructor. Freya also has experience as a Commercial Fisherman at Trident Seafoods and GHOTI, INC. Freya has a Master's degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Freya has previous experience as an Instructor at Code.X and as a Software Engineering Practicum Intern at Google.
