• Jazz HR: This is a human resources software platform which assists us to streamline recruitment, applicant tracking, and the talent management processes. It simplifies the hiring process and helps us attract, assess, and onboard new talent efficiently.

• Zoho People: This is an HR management software that helps us automate employee data management, attendance tracking, leave management, performance appraisals, and much more. It's very user-friendly and provides customization options that we've set according to our requirements.

• Plai: This is a people and performance management tool which helps us conduct surveys, give and receive feedbacks, conduct performance reviews, set goals and more.

• Mattermost: This is a team collaboration and messaging platform which is used in Carbonteq for real-time communication within the organization. It helps us communicate with any employee within the company through direct messaging or by creating channels.
