Our primary purpose is to plan, execute, and successfully complete projects within the organization. We allocate resources, manage time and budgets, mitigate risks, ensure quality, facilitate communication, solve problems, control costs, monitor progress, and deliver results. Our role is crucial in achieving project objectives, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget constraints.
We strive to provide practical solutions to the problem statements and keep on ensuring we are constantly adding value to the customer products to make them exceptional and competitive within the marketplace.
We mostly follow Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban) within the organization. We have our own internal reporting structure to highlight the project updates that need to be conveyed to the stakeholders and we do have key metrics in place to measure the progress of the projects. We keep on evaluating and shaping our project strategies based on their retrospectives conducted periodically.
