Glenn Morley

Glenn Morley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and organizational leadership. Currently serving as an Advisor at Carbonx Climate and as a Trustee & Co-Chair at Social Carbon, Glenn focuses on integrating carbon removal standards with the needs of nature and local communities. As a Judge for MassChallenge and an Expert Network Member for Eden McCallum, Glenn contributes to innovation and consulting efforts. Previously, Glenn was the Founding Chief Executive Officer of Carbon Gap, where organizational growth was rapid, reaching twenty team members and establishing a presence in key European locations. Additional experience includes co-founding Brainforest, holding leadership roles at Capgemini, Lloyds Banking Group, and EY, and gaining a strong foundation in strategy and operations.
