Gokhan Gureser

Gokhan G. has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Gokhan started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Reckitt Benckiser. Gokhan then worked as a Trainee Jr. Process Engineer at Pfizer, where they gained knowledge of pharmaceutical quality standards and cGMP. Gokhan later joined Sandoz as a Pharmaceutical Process Engineer.

Gokhan then transitioned into the field of Lean Six Sigma, becoming a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Quality Leader at Uralita. Gokhan continued their Lean Six Sigma journey at Mirion Technologies (Dosimetry Services) B.V. where they worked as a Project Leader and Black Belt.

Their expertise in Lean Six Sigma led him to join pladis Global as an Operational Excellence Manager, where they transformed business processes and achieved significant cost savings. Gokhan then worked at Simplilearn Alumni as a PMP, Lean Six Sigma Trainer, coaching and directing Black-Belts in Lean Six Sigma methodology.

In 2018, Gokhan joined Supply Chain Wizard, LLC as a Senior Manager, overseeing serialization track and trace processes. Gokhan played a crucial role in developing serialization strategies and implementing projects for a major pharmaceutical client.

In 2022, Gokhan co-founded CarbonZE and became the CEO. Gokhan focused on building and growing the company. Their most recent role is Chief Sustainability Officer at ImpactGulf, where they continue to contribute to sustainability efforts.

Gokhan G. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2005. Gokhan then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from Hacettepe University from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Nanotechnology from the University of Valencia in 2017. In 2006, Gokhan G. obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Marmara University. Gokhan completed their high school education in Science from Science High School, Kayseri in 2000.
