Ninad Gadgil

Ninad Gadgil currently serves as the President of Carborundum Universal Limited since November 2019, leading the abrasives Strategic Business Unit for the flagship company of the $8 billion Murugappa Group. Prior to this, Ninad held various key roles at 3M from June 1998 to October 2019, including Country Business Leader for the Healthcare Business and Executive Director responsible for strategic execution and marketing excellence. Ninad's experience encompasses overall P&L responsibility for major divisions such as the Automotive Aftermarkets Division, as well as successful management of product launches and marketing strategies. Ninad holds a P.G.D.B.M in Marketing from the University of Mumbai and a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from VESIT.
