Pramod V P

Pramod V P has a diverse background in HR, starting their career with Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd. in 2004 as a Personnel & Welfare Officer. Pramod then moved to L&T Valdel in 2006, where they worked as an HR Executive for nearly five years. In 2011, they joined Hindalco Industries Limited as an Assistant Manager in HR, and in 2014, they joined Weir Minerals as an HR Manager. Most recently, they have been working as the SBU HR Head at Carborundum Universal Limited since 2018.

Pramod V P has a diverse educational background. Pramod began their education at St. Micheal's Anglo Indian Boys High School, where they completed a High School Equivalence Certificate Program from 1989 to 1995. Afterward, they attended Perambra Higher Secondary School from 1995 to 1997 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Higher Secondary studies. Pramod then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law at SDM Law College from 1997 to 2000. Continuing their legal education, they acquired a second Bachelor's Degree, this time in LLB, from the same institution between 2000 and 2002. Pramod further expanded their educational qualifications and completed a Master's Degree in MSW (HR, PM & IR) at SSW, Roshni Nilaya from 2002 to 2004.
