Previously, B Raghavendra Pai held the position of Senior Associate Vice President and Business Head of Wear Ceramics within the Industrial Ceramics Division at the same company from May 1996 to November 2001, and worked as Chief Marketing Manager at Schunk India from December 2001 to May 2005. Educationally, B Raghavendra Pai earned a Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka between 1991 and 1993, and holds multiple Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, completed between 1986 and 1990. B Raghavendra Pai completed secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1975 to 1984.
