Vanesa Gaitán

Vanesa Gaitán currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Carbray International since February 2024. Previously, Vanesa held the position of HR Manager at Logicalis Latam from April 2022 to January 2024, focusing on strategic management of talent and culture across Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Prior to that, Vanesa worked as an HR Manager at 123SEGURO from August 2015 to April 2022, acting as a business partner to leaders and coordinating HRBP across multiple LATAM countries. Vanesa's career began at Medicus, where roles included Soft HR Analyst and Organizational Change and Development Lead, contributing to internal communication, corporate social responsibility, and organizational climate assessment. Educational qualifications include a degree in People Experience from Universidad del CEMA and additional certifications in digital HR management and competency-based recruitment. Vanesa holds a licenciatura in Organizational and Institutional Direction from Universidad Nacional de San Martín.
