Leslie Brown

Leslie Browne is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as General Counsel at Carbyne since February 2022, Leslie previously held the position of General Counsel - Americas at Blue Prism, where responsibilities included providing legal counsel on commercial and internal operations across the Americas region and managing a team of legal professionals. At Siemens PLM Software, Leslie advanced from Sr. Legal Manager to Associate General Counsel, overseeing the development of a Central Legal Hub for global legal services. Prior experience also includes serving as Sr. Counsel for CD-adapco, where oversight encompassed M&A and compliance matters, along with earlier roles in labor and employment law at ISP and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Leslie holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
