Michael Rama

Michael Rama has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Michael currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Blink Charging since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at NV5 Global, Inc. from August 2011 to 2019. In this role, they played a key role in taking the company public in 2013 and raising over $200 million in capital. Before joining NV5, Michael worked at AV Homes, Inc. as the Principal Financial Officer/Chief Accounting Officer/Controller from January 1997 to August 2011, where they developed and implemented financial processes and controls. Michael began their career at PWC LLP as a Senior Associate, specializing in Retail and Manufacturing industries.

Michael Rama obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida from 1984 to 1988. Michael then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from Barry University between 1989 and 1990.
