Charlie Wale

Charlie Wale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charlie is currently the Commercial Finance Director at Card Factory since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Finance Director at Costcutter Supermarkets Group Limited from March 2013 to March 2019. Charlie also served as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Republic (Retail) Ltd from February 2012 to February 2013. Charlie was the Acting Head of Finance, Mortgages Division at Lloyds Banking Group from February 2010 to February 2012. Before that, Charlie worked as a Manager in Transaction Services at KPMG from May 2003 to February 2010. Charlie started their career as a Production Manager in the Health and Beauty Care Division at Procter & Gamble from April 1996 to September 2000.

Charlie Wale has a diverse education history. From 1990 to 1994, they attended the University of Cambridge and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Natural Sciences. Following that, from 2000 to 2002, they studied at St. John's College, Nottingham, where they earned a Master of Theology degree with a focus on Theology/Theological Studies. Lastly, from 2004 to 2009, Charlie attended Alliance Manchester Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, Charlie holds a certification in Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills from Scotwork.
