Tami Olesen

Tami Olesen is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Commercial Finance for EnTech at FTI since November 2021, where responsibilities include driving integration across the commercial organization and establishing pricing strategies while ensuring financial controls. Prior to FTI, Tami held various leadership positions at Thrivent Financial from 2006 to 2021, including Strategic Implementation Leader, where Tami developed a $500M operational plan, and Senior Finance Leader, providing financial insights for key decision-making. Tami's earlier experience includes significant roles at Unilever, Fiskars, General Motors, and Future Systems Inc. Tami holds a BBA in Accounting and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
