Jo Coffey

Jo Coffey has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development. They currently hold the position of Head of HR - Business Partnering at Card Factory since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior People Consultant at Card Factory from October 2022 to February 2023. From 2020 to 2022, Jo was the Head of Learning and Development at No7 Beauty Company, where they were responsible for defining and delivering the global L&D strategy. From 2015 to 2020, Jo worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance as the Senior Learning & Development Manager - Global Brands, where they established the L&D function and developed the team. They also have previous experience at Experian, where they held various roles such as Head of Learning & Development, UK&I and EMEA, Lead Development Consultant, and Recruitment Specialist. Jo has a strong background in L&D strategy, stakeholder management, and talent development.

Jo Coffey attended Garth Hill School from 1985 to 1993. From 1993 to 1996, Jo Coffey received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University.
