Chuck O'Rear

Chuck O'Rear has had a long-standing career at Card-Monroe Corp., starting in 1981 as a Machine Operator and progressing through various positions to their current role as Manager of the Creels Division. Throughout their career, Chuck has been involved in material acquisitions, plant layouts, research and development, and managing shop operations. Chuck has also held positions in technical sales and safety and plant maintenance, showcasing their diverse skills and expertise in the field. With a background in CNC programming and machine operations, Chuck is well-rounded and experienced in the manufacturing industry.
