Mateusz Czeladka

Mateusz Czeladka has over 18 years of professional work experience. In 2002, they began their career as a Java Developer at Nordic Consulting & Development Company, where they programmed a business process engine, ESB engine, and wrote GUI applications in Java Swing and stored procedures in PL/SQL. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Software Engineer at TalkTalk, where they contributed to the main GUI app and developed a number of supporting applications. In 2008, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Shopzilla, Inc., where they worked on Google Web Toolking UI app, internal front-end applications, and backend services. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Research Engineer at Betfair. From 2012 to 2021, they were a Tech Lead / Data Engineer / Senior Backend (MTS1) at mobile.de GmbH, where they worked on projects including backend support for Data Scientists and Product Owners. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Tech Lead / Data Engineer / Backend at Adevinta, where they worked mostly in the Digital Marketing Hub in the dealer area of the business. In 2022, they began their current role as a Senior Java Developer at Cardano Foundation.

Mateusz Czeladka obtained their Master's degree from Uniwersytet Szczeciński in 2005. In 2013, they also obtained a certification in Principles of Reactive Programming from Coursera.
