Nikhilesh Chaudhary has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Nikhilesh served as the Chief Growth Officer for international markets at CarDekho Group, where they focused on aggregating financial products in the used car space. Prior to that, they were an Expert at The Board of Wisdom.

Chaudhary also held key positions at OLX Group, where they served as the Global Director of Growth & Strategy for Olx Autos, a global used car marketplace. Nikhilesh was responsible for driving market consolidation, improving operational efficiencies, and managing global divestiture. Nikhilesh played a crucial role in exceeding financial targets through data-driven decision making.

Before joining OLX Group, Chaudhary worked at PayPal, where they contributed to the company's business growth in the APAC region through strategic partnerships and investments. Nikhilesh focused on building local distribution channels and expanding PayPal's market presence.

Chaudhary also had experience at Jio as a Product Lead for JioMoney, at CarDekho as a General Manager, at McKinsey & Company as an Associate, at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants as an Analyst, and at Global Analytics as an Analyst.

Nikhilesh Chaudhary completed their B.Tech in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2004 to 2008. Nikhilesh then pursued an MBA, specifically a PGDM degree, at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Mannheim, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
