This team, made up of roles ranging from New Home Sales Counselors to Directors of Sales, works collaboratively to guide potential homebuyers through the purchasing process, achieve sales targets, and enhance customer satisfaction. They also coordinate with corporate marketing to align sales strategies and manage community-specific sales efforts.
