Saul Ramirez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Saul began their career with Dollar Tree Stores in 2001 as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed various HR functions and provided support to the employee population. In 2005, they joined Behr Process Corporation as a Human Resource Business Manager, where they ensured compliance with federal and state laws and managed all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits administration. After leaving Behr Process Corporation in 2014, Saul worked at AAA Rental as a Director of Human Resources, where they implemented and trained employees on policies, implemented a new PTO program, and trained drivers on DOT regulations. Currently, Saul holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Cardenas Marketing Network [CMN], where they connect fans with their favorite artists and sports teams.

Saul Ramirez has attained a degree in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University.
