As Vice President of People, Liam leverages his 20+ years of experience to build and expand human resources functions, focusing on compliance with best practices, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. In addition, he is recognized as a trusted business partner with expertise in developing talent strategies to drive workforce development and support the rapid expansion of organizations.

Prior to joining CardFlight, Liam served as Head of People of Narrativ, where he scaled people operations to support 200% growth, with a 300% increase in hiring and a 20% jump in diversity in 6 months. Liam also previously served as Vice President of Technology Talent Strategy and Operation for American Express. Here, he led a team of 36 focused on global technology talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning for 7,000+ technology employees globally.

Liam earned a Juris Doctor in Employment Law from Seton Hall and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
