Maurice Delplanque has over 26 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Their most recent position is as the Chief Operating Officer at Cardiawave since June 2020. Prior to that, Maurice worked at EOS imaging from 2010 to 2020, starting as an Engineering Manager and progressing to the role of Vice President of Engineering. From 2002 to 2007, Maurice held the position of Unit Manager, Engineering at GE Healthcare, where they were responsible for real-time system control and X-ray image acquisition and processing. Maurice also led cost productivity initiatives and managed teams of up to 27 engineers. Maurice's earlier experience includes roles at GE Medical Systems and DCNS, where they held various positions related to software development, system integration, and research in robotics. Maurice holds a PhD in Robotics from the University of Lille 1, France, which they obtained with honors.

Maurice Delplanque pursued their education in a well-structured manner, developing expertise in various fields. Maurice began their academic journey in 1988 at HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur, where they obtained their engineering degree. From 1992 to 1993, Maurice pursued a Master of Science degree in Image Processing, Machine Learning, and Robotics at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.

Their educational pursuits were further advanced when Maurice enrolled in a PhD program at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology from 1994 to 1997. During this time, they focused on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, conducting research to contribute to these fields.

Apart from their formal education, Maurice obtained a certification in "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls" from LinkedIn in April 2020. This certification highlights their commitment to staying updated with contemporary communication practices in the professional world.
