Emma Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emma started their career in 2015 as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Village Hotels, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they also took on a Sales Assistant role at House of Fraser for a brief period in 2017.
In 2017, Emma joined Gorffennol Newspaper as a Communications Officer and concurrently served as a Student Mentoring and Welfare Officer at Swansea University. Emma held these positions until 2018.
From 2015 to 2018, Emma worked as a Bar Staff at Live Nation.
In 2018, Emma joined Cardiff and Vale College as a Customer Service Advisor in the Recruitment, Progression, and Employability department. Emma transitioned to the role of Employability and Progression Coordinator in 2019. Emma later became a Humanities Teacher in 2020 and served as the World Skills and Erasmus Officer until 2022.
