Nathan Rogers has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various companies. Nathan started their career as an Administrator at Business in Focus in December 2013 and held the position until April 2014. Nathan then joined Business in Focus again in August 2014 as a Business Account Officer, and this role lasted until December 2015. In February 2016, Nathan worked as a Field Operative at Moreton Hire for a few months. Later, in November 2016, they joined Cardiff and Vale College as a Monitoring and Compliance Officer, where they worked until July 2018. From July 2018 onwards, Nathan took on the role of a Research and Project Coordinator at Cardiff and Vale College.

Nathan Rogers completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Swansea University from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they obtained the following certifications: PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2021, PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner from PeopleCert in February 2021, and Change Management PRACTITIONER from APMG International in 2021.
