Steven Green McIpd

Steven Green MCIPD is an experienced HR professional and educator with a substantial background in various human resources roles. Currently serving as a CIPD Lecturer at Cardiff and Vale College, Steven has previously held positions such as CIPD Tutor and Learning & Development Coach at Avado, Human Resources Business Partner at UK Research and Innovation, and Human Resources Consultant at Bath & North East Somerset Council. With expertise developed through various HR roles at organizations including Avon Fire & Rescue Service and the Ministry of Defence, Steven also boasts extensive qualifications, including an MSc in Occupational Psychology and an MEd in Psychology of Education, supported by a strong foundation in HR management and historical studies.
