Tania Davies started their work experience as a Product Manager at Virgin Records in London in 1987. Tania then worked as a Liaison for Rolling Stones Voodoo Lounge in 1994. After that, Tania became the Senior Director of Special Projects at Virgin Records from 1987 to 1997. Tania later worked as a Tour Assistant to Manager for Aerosmith at Magus Entertainment in 1998. Tania then became the Head of International Marketing at Telstar Records in London from 1998 to 2005.
