Lisa Dunsford serves as the Director of Operations at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board since April 2018. Previously, Lisa held the position of National Programme Director for Primary Care at NHS Wales for a brief period in late 2017, where responsibilities included leading national primary care priorities and supporting the National Primary Care Board. From October 2013 to November 2017, Lisa worked as Deputy Director at Llywodraeth Cymru / Welsh Government, focusing on partnership integration across health and social care and acting as a senior policy lead for various groups, including older people and carers. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Plymouth between 1987 and 1990.
