Toby Williams

Toby Williams currently serves as Cluster Development Manager at Cardiff Capital Region since February 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Commercial Development Manager at Transport for Wales from December 2020 to February 2023, and multiple positions at Swansea University, including Project Manager and Business & Contracts Manager for the Celtic Advanced Life Science Innovation Network from April 2017 to November 2020. Additionally, Toby worked as a Business Development Executive at Life Sciences Hub Wales for nearly a year and held the title of Business Development Manager at Jellagen Pty Ltd from September 2014 to April 2016. Toby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
