Laura Strange

Laura Strange is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently, Laura serves as the Head of People Operations at Cardiff Metropolitan University since January 2017, following previous roles including HR Business Support Manager and HR Business Partner at The BBI Group. Prior positions include HR Manager at B2B Loans & Mortgages and The Independent Financial Resolutions Group, as well as Training Centre Manager at CADCentre UK. Laura holds a BSc Hons in Information Technology from the University of South Wales and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), having completed studies from 2009 to 2011.
