Charlotte Miles

Charlotte Miles is an experienced professional in career development and human resources, currently serving as the Career Confident Senior Team Manager at Cardiff University since August 2016, where Charlotte manages a team focused on supporting underrepresented students in higher education. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as the GO Wales Project Officer, delivering a program aimed at preventing students from becoming NEET. Charlotte's earlier experience includes positions at UMAX within Cardiff Met Students' Union, where responsibilities included HR advising and job shop management, as well as previous roles in customer service and marketing internships at John Lewis and NSPCC. Charlotte holds a Human Resources Management Masters degree from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Popular Culture from UWIC.
