Gareth Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and management. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Team Manager at Cardiff University since May 2017, Gareth previously held the role of Technical Services Manager within the School of Geography and Planning at the same institution from January 2014 to May 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Management Information Systems Engineer and IT Advisor at the University of Wales, Newport, where responsibilities encompassed developing and supporting management information systems and providing first-line IT support. Early career experiences include roles as an Assistant Manager at Plumbing Trade Supplies, focusing on branch operations, and as a Technical Sales Advisor at Faucets. Gareth holds an MSc in IT Management from the University of Wales, Newport, along with an HNC in Network Administration and an HND in Business IT from the University of South Wales.
