Hanna Andersen

Hanna Andersen is a Doctoral Researcher at Cardiff University, focusing on the impact of family policies on LGBTQ+ parents in the UK. Previously, Hanna served as a Membership & Campaigns Officer for the Women's Equality Party UK and led Political Engagement for Amnesty International UK. As an activist, writer, and speaker at Hanna&, a commitment to feminism and inclusivity is evident, alongside extensive experience as a Facilitator and Coach with Go Getter Job and UPFRONT, promoting equality and career development for women. With a strong background in human resources at HSBC as a Senior People Engagement Manager, Culture Change Coach, Learning and Development Manager, and Retail Branch Manager, Hanna has dedicated a significant portion of career to fostering inclusive environments, supported by a solid educational foundation in Social and Public Policy and Politics and Sociology.
