Erika Anderson

Erika Anderson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in internal communications, instructional design, and creative direction. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Internal Communications at Cardinal Group Management, Erika analyzes team member engagement data to enhance communication strategies and manages the organization's learning website.
