Scott Montgomery

Scott started his career in student housing in 2005 as a part-time Community Assistant in Chapel Hill, NC as he was finishing up college at the University of North Carolina. After graduation, Scott worked at multiple communities in leasing and operations as a manager.

Scott joined Cardinal Group in October 2011 as a Community Manager. He has held numerous roles in various departments including Assistant Portfolio Manager beginning in 2014 and Internal Talent Manager in 2017. Scott is currently the Director of Client Onboarding & Transitions. In this role, he is responsible for navigating a transition team through new business acquisitions, while focused on maximizing the client experience.
