Alycia Cassini is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 23 years in the field. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources for Finance and previously for Sales, Marketing & Commercial Technology at Cardinal Health, Alycia has played a key role in senior leadership teams driving sales growth and managing HR strategies across various organizational segments. Prior roles at Cardinal Health include leading HR for global supply chain and the Midwest region, where Alycia focused on cultural development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Alycia's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Nationwide Insurance and as a Human Resources Coordinator at the American Red Cross, where Alycia received the Tiffany Award for Employee Excellence. Alycia holds an MBA from Otterbein University and a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
