Federico Grillo Abdelnour

Federico Grillo Abdelnour has extensive experience in human resources, having served as Human Resources Director at Procter & Gamble from October 2022 to February 2025, overseeing Latin America Finance & Accounting, Latin America Planning Service Center, and the Vallejo Plant. Prior to this, Federico Grillo Abdelnour earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where studies took place from January 1998 to January 2003.
