Kristen Schwieterman

Kristen Schwieterman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Cardinal Health, currently serving as the Director of Global Financial Shared Services since October 2019. In this role, Kristen implemented metrics and reporting that achieved a 98% payment timeliness rate in the customer rebates space and reorganized the team to prioritize contract intake. Previously, Kristen held various managerial positions at Cardinal Health, including overseeing Pharma and Medical Accounting, and leading an outsourced Finance and Fixed Assets team. Kristen's experience also includes audit planning and execution as an Advisor in Internal Audit, as well as external financial reporting responsibilities. Earlier career positions included Staff Accountant at Ashland Inc and Accountant at Resource. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
