Melissa Pettit

Melissa Pettit has extensive experience in operational leadership, currently serving as the Manager of Reverse Logistics at Cardinal Health since May 2011. In this role, Melissa leads a team focused on enhancing customer experiences, ensuring compliance, and optimizing product flow and returns. Melissa has also held positions as a Black Belt (Operational Excellence) Manager, where responsibilities included the deployment of the Cardinal Health Operating model, and as an Operations Manager overseeing outbound operations. Prior to Cardinal Health, Melissa worked at Homestyle Dining Co. LLP as a Training General Manager, managing daily restaurant operations and training new managers. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Hospitality and Tourism from West Liberty State University between 1997 and 2003.
