Vera Karppala

Vera Karppala is a seasoned Senior Consultant at Cardinal Health, with a focus on Global Compensation and extensive experience in HR management across the EMEA region. Since joining Cardinal Health in December 2015, Vera has held multiple roles, including Consultant and Senior Analyst in Total Rewards, leading projects such as HR policy harmonization, EOY Compensation Planning, and GDPR compliance.
