Leonard joined the Cardinal team in May 2018 and has more than 10 years’ experience in Health & Safety, Quality Management, Customer Service and Project Management. Cardinal has a “ZERO HARM” attitude when it comes to the safety of it's employees and visitors and Leonard is committed to exactly this while running an efficient Nationwide Operation. Leonard's role has grown from Transport Operations to overseeing Nationwide Cardinal Operations including Cartage, Warehousing, Transport and Export.He believes that through the continuous improvement of their company systems, Cardinal will be the number 1 in both Customer and Employee Satisfaction while ensuring all employees go home safe everyday.
