Stephen Coley

Stephen Coley currently serves as Vice President of Technical Operations at Sun Country Airlines since January 2025. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Director of Base Maintenance at United Airlines from January 2023 to January 2025. Stephen accumulated significant experience as General Manager at HAECO Americas from November 2017 to January 2023, where duties also included serving as Director of Maintenance. Earlier in the career, Stephen worked as Line Service Contract Crew Supervisor at Avtel Aviation Services from March to December 2004. Stephen holds an A & P degree in Aviation Maintenance and Management from Guilford Technical Community College, earned between January 2005 and January 2006.
