Richard Swanson possesses extensive experience in business development and property management, currently serving as the National Business Development Manager at Cardinal since November 2022. Previously, Richard held roles that included Commercial and Retail Property Manager at Bayleys Property Services, Head of Leasing/Property at Spec-Savers South Africa, and Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Broker at Just Property. Early in their career, Richard gained legal expertise as a Group Legal Advisor at WOOD CITY GROUP and as an Attorney at both Joubert Galpin Searle Official and Cecil Kerbel Attorneys. Richard is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Nelson Mandela University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Business Management, Marketing, and Law from the University of Port Elizabeth.
