Donna Ouimette

Donna Ouimette, MBA, SCP, SPHR has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Donna has held positions such as Vice President Human Resources at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services since February 2020, Director of Human Resources at Community Based Services from 2018 to February 2020, Chief Human Resources Officer at Jawonio, Inc. from 2010 to 2018, and Human Resources Manager at Richmond Community Services from 2002 to 2009.

Donna Ouimette holds an MBA from SUNY Empire State College. Donna also completed the Leadership Rockland program. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Health Science degree at the University of Bridgeport, expected to be completed in 2022.
