Brendan Posson

Brendan Posson is a QC/R&D Chemist at Cardinal Paint & Powder, with prior experience as a Quality Process Chemist at Kelly-Moore Paints and an R&D Thermoplastics Chemist at Carlisle Construction Materials. Brendan's background includes a research internship at HP, where analysis of rheological properties of coatings for print media applications was conducted, as well as a role as a Research Assistant at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute, focusing on quality control and software development for mooring data. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Polymers and Coatings Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering from Monterey Peninsula College. Additionally, Brendan served as an Engineering Content Developer and STEM Tutor at Monterey Peninsula College, supporting students in STEM subjects.
