Gaylene Macdonald has extensive experience in digital marketing and strategy roles. Gaylene is currently working as a Senior Director of Client Services at Merkle | Cardinal Path. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Strategy and Marketing Leader, Vice President of Digital Marketing & Business Strategy at Massive Media, and VP of Digital and Integrated Marketing at Edelman. Gaylene has also worked as a VP of Digital Marketing & Experience at DDB Canada and Karo Group Inc., where they managed teams, clients, and new business opportunities. Gaylene has a strong background in business development, client services, and project management, having worked at Blast Radius and Noise Digital. Gaylene's career began as Co-founder and Managing Director of Division Creative Agency Inc. Gaylene excels in managing budgets, leading teams, and driving digital marketing strategies.

Gaylene Macdonald has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature and Art History from The University of British Columbia. Gaylene also holds a Bachelor of English Literature degree from UCL, where they specialized in British and Commonwealth literature. In addition, they have an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Textile Design from Capilano University.
