Dustin Lombard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dustin currently holds the position of Director of Finance/Accounting and Operations at Cardinal Peak since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal at Savory Group Hospitality, LLC starting in July 2014. From June 2016 to August 2020, they served as the CFO/COO at Granby Ranch. In 2005, Dustin founded their own company, dLOMa Performance Hospitality, LLC, where they acted as the President until September 2017. Dustin also worked as the CFO and Interim COO at Richard Sandoval Restaurants from October 2011 to January 2014. Prior to that, they served as the CFO and Director of Operations at Savory Group, LLC from November 2006 to August 2011. Earlier in their career, Dustin worked as the Director of Accounting | Controller at Cafe Gray from March 2004 to July 2005. Dustin started their professional journey as a Senior Accountant in Public Accounting in Houston and NYC from January 1999 to March 2004. Dustin also gained experience in general management and service roles at various restaurants from April 1992 to December 1998. Dustin began their career as the Operations and Delivery Supervisor at Parties, Picnics & Promotions in May 1988, where they stayed until September 1994.

Dustin Lombard pursued their education at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1991 to 1997. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with a double major in Accounting and Finance.
