Joe Kulikauskas is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software and firmware development across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Cardinal Peak since June 2012, Joe previously held the position of Sr Staff Firmware Engineer at Kozio, where responsibilities included porting firmware products and integrating embedded systems. Prior to this, Joe spent over 16 years at Ericsson as a Senior Staff Engineer, leading projects related to telecom platforms and Voice over IP applications. Early career roles included Senior DSP Software Engineer at Noise Cancellation Technologies, where Joe delivered innovative noise control products, and Electronics Engineer at Applied Acoustic Research, focusing on real-time DSP firmware and signal processing. Joe holds a B.S. and M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and attended Virginia Tech.
