Shane Wagner

Shane Wagner has a long history of professional experience. In 2009, they began their career as a Groundskeeper at Indiana University Bloomington. In 2011, they held the role of Vice President at Sigma Nu Fraternity - Beta Eta Chapter, and was also a Peer Tutor - Data Analysis and Optimization at Kelley School of Business. In 2013, they were a Partnership and Program Implementation Intern at Take Care Health Systems. From 2014 to 2018, Shane worked at Cardinal Health, where they held the roles of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Operational Excellence, Operations Supervisor - Inbound Operations, and Operations Supervisor - Outbound Base Operations. In 2018, they joined Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer and Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager. Finally, in 2022, Shane became the Director of Production at Cardinal Spirits LLC.

Shane Wagner attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2009 to 2013, graduating with a degree in Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation and a degree in Operations Management, both in the field of Business. Shane also holds two certifications: an ASQ CSSBB from the American Society for Quality obtained in November 2019, and a Moresteam LSSBB Certification from MoreSteam obtained in April 2017.
