David Pacifico

David Pacifico is an accomplished educator and administrator with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as the Director of the Emile H Mathis Gallery and UW-Milwaukee Art Collection and Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee since August 2018, David Pacifico also holds the position of Instructional Designer and Research, Policy, and Evaluation Coordinator at Cardinal Stritch University since February 2017. Additionally, David Pacifico has contributed to the academic landscape as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a Lecturer at the University of Chicago since January 2010. David Pacifico's educational background includes a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. Expertise lies in innovative course design, experiential learning, and anthropology pedagogy.
